The lids warped a bit after using them, which was kind of disappointing. They still work somewhat, but they don’t fit as nicely as they did at first. Has anyone else had the same issue?

I ended up having to return a container set from tupperware because, of course, I ordered the wrong size and didn’t realize it until it showed up. The return process itself wasn’t too bad, honestly. I followed the steps, got the return label by email, packed it back up, and sent it off. The only thing is the refund took a little longer than I was expecting, so I started to wonder if something got held up, but customer service did get back to me when I reached out. So yeah, not totally perfect, but overall it was a decent experience and I’d probably order again, just maybe double-check the size next time.

"Works fine, but the lid didn’t hold up great"
I’ve been using this mostly for leftovers, and it does the job well enough. The only issue I ran into was after microwaving it a few times, the lid started to warp a bit. It’s not completely ruined or anything, and I can still use it, but I expected it to hold up a little better.

"Great everyday containers"
I ordered a few containers from tupperware.com and they’ve been really good. The lids snap on nice and tight and I haven’t noticed any weird fridge smells. My cut fruit seems to stay fresh longer than it did in the cheap containers I had before. I’ve been using them pretty much every day and so far no leaks.

"Good discounts, but promo codes can be hit or miss"
The discounts are usually decent, but it’s kind of hard to describe—sometimes the promo codes just don’t work when I try to use them. Overall it’s okay, just a little frustrating when a code fails at checkout.

"Sturdy, But the Smells Stick Around"
These containers are definitely sturdy and hold up well, but I’ve noticed onion and curry smells don’t really come out completely, even after washing them a few times. It’s not the worst thing ever, just kind of annoying when you go to use one again and it still smells like last week’s leftovers. Also, it’s a little unclear who actually owns this issue, like is it a material thing, a cleaning recommendation thing, or just something I’m supposed to accept? Overall they’re fine, but that part could be better...

"Packaging was better than I expected"
I ordered a few containers from tupperware.com and I wasn’t sure what to expect, since stuff like this can sometimes arrive cracked or scuffed. But everything was packed really well. The containers were snug in the box, no weird scratches or damage, and the lids were all in good shape too. I also liked that the box wasn’t ridiculously oversized with a bunch of extra waste. Maybe it’s a small thing, but getting everything clean, intact, and nicely packed actually made a difference.

"My First Impression Was Good, But I Wish the Safety Info Was Clearer"
My first impression of Tupperware has always been that it’s solid and reliable, most of the pieces I’ve used over the years have held up really well. The only thing that still makes me pause is the material safety side of it, especially with older containers or when I’m heating food in them. Their website does have some info, but I wish it was easier to quickly tell what’s BPA-free and what’s actually microwave-safe. Overall, not a bad experience at all, just something I think could be made a lot clearer.

When my order arrived, one of the containers had a cracked lid, which was a little disappointing at first. I reached out to Tupperware support and they responded quickly. They sent me a replacement without making it complicated, and even though it took a few days to arrive, the new one was in perfect shape. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it and I’d order from them again...

"Surprisingly leak-proof"
I’ve been using these Tupperware containers for soups and leftovers, i wasn’t totally sure they’d hold up, but they really don’t leak. I accidentally tossed one sideways in my work bag and kept worrying I’d find soup everywhere, but everything stayed completely dry. The lids do take a little push sometimes to get on right, though maybe that’s just me being cautious. Overall, I’m really happy with them...

I’ve been running this Tupperware through the dishwasher all week, and so far it’s still in good shape. No warping, no weird plastic smell, none of the stuff companies like to gloss over in their fancy descriptions. i’m happy with it.

"Super Easy to Clean"
I got a few containers from tupperware.com, they’ve been really great. They clean up so easily, sauce doesn’t really stick, and the lids rinse off quick too. It just makes dealing with leftovers way less annoying.

"Lids fit tighter than I expected"
I ordered a few containers from Tupperware, the lids fit so much better than the random old ones I had before. They actually snap on without me having to wrestle with them, which is a small thing but makes a big difference.
No leaks so far in my lunch bag, even when I packed soup one day. I’m happy with them overall. Has anyone else had issues with their older containers where the lids just never seemed to fit right?

I’ve ordered a few things from Tupperware over the past year, and overall they’ve been handy. The sizes work well for my kitchen, and most of the lids still fit the way they should. Compared to some cheaper containers I’ve used, they definitely feel nicer at first, but I expected them to hold up a little better for the price. One container cracked after falling off the counter, and one lid warped a bit in the dishwasher even though I thought it would be okay. I still use them, just more carefully now. Not a bad purchase, but not as amazing as I hoped.

"Warranty support left me frustrated"
I bought Tupperware partly because I figured the warranty would be helpful if anything cracked. When I finally had an issue, it took forever to get a response, and then they kept asking for more pictures and details. it almost felt like support was trying to make it seem like the damage was my fault instead of just helping me figure it out. Weeks later, I still don’t have a clear answer. The product itself is fine, but the warranty process has been way more of a hassle than I expected.
